IT Council Decisions - Key Decisions & Meeting Notes


To improve transparency and streamline decision tracking across all IT Councils, starting in 2025, we will use this Confluence space to record Key Decisions and Meeting Notes. This approach will enhance organizational visibility and ensure all decisions are easily accessible.

Key Points:

  • Quarterly Meetings: Council Decisions Meetings will be held every quarter.
  • Portfolio Exclusion: The Portfolio team will not participate in these meetings but will monitor key decisions through the published meeting minutes. Please ensure your council’s decisions are documented on your dedicated page.
  • Documentation:
    • Each Decision Council has a dedicated page with a table to track Key Decisions.
    • A meeting minutes template is available for your convenience.
    • Links to relevant Roadmaps and the Decision Council Folder (for storing related documents) are provided.
