The Guardians are composed of seven members, one of them is Alexis BLANCHER - Head of IT Procurement.
At Syensqo, the IT Procurement team plays a vital role in advancing innovation and sustainability. They strategically source technology solutions that empower business units, aligning with Syensqo's values of sustainability, innovation, and excellence.
A key aspect of their role involves navigating the procurement process at an IT Specific Level. This includes achieving Milestones in the Transaction Journey for IT and ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained before IT contract signatures. They provide guidance on making informed decisions in selecting Time & Materials (T&M), along with tools and useful links.
The team collaborates with stakeholders to meet current and future technology demands, maintaining Syensqo's industry leadership. By managing vendor relationships and negotiating compliant contracts, they safeguard the organization.
Through strategic sourcing, the IT Procurement team supports Syensqo's growth, enabling Breakthroughs that Advance Humanity and Protect the Planet.
