In order to help you feel at ease in your new job at the soonest, we have sent you theProcurement Onboarding Curriculumvia our learning platform YouGrow.
The curriculum includes self-paced e-learning and virtual courses for you to learn more about the Procurement BSA in general, tools, policies, etc.
You have 90 days to complete it. Once you have completed the curriculum, we recommend that you organize a quick review meeting with your first line manager to see what went well, which questions you may have and what courses may still be needed for you tot perform better in your new job.

Check Your Agenda Before Registering for a Virtual Course
We are facing more and more 'no shows' to virtual classes.
When registering for a course, keep in mind that a trainer is working on it for you and will block some of his / her time to make sure you can attend the course that is proposed. Cancelling at the last minute or no showing up at all may affect the quality of the course. It is also a lack of respect towards the trainer and the other participants.
IT ONLY TAKE A MINUTE TO DROP THE COURSE YOU HAVE REGISTERED TO.
Keep in mind that a cancellation fee up to EUR 1 500,00 can be imposed to your service in case of late cancellation.
YouGrow Tips - for virtual classes
When you will register to a course in YouGrow, you will receive:
an email to confirm your registration with the link of the GoogleMeet call.
an invitation in your calendar without any GoogleMeet details
The day of the training, you might look for the GoogleMeet link to join the class. But where is it?
To avoid this stress, go to the Procurement BSA Calendar, look for the class, click on the class and select "Copy data in my calendar"
