STEP 1

Start the transaction using transaction code OKTZ. 

If you have a message "Display locked data", click 

 

 

 

STEP 2

To get the detail of a cost components structure: 

  • Select the cost component structure
  • Double-click "Cost components with Attributes"

 

 

STEP 3

The cost components structure is displayed. It has different cost components. 

Double click on a cost component to have more details

 

The Cost component is categorized as Fixed costs or Variable costs

 

 

STEP 4

Double-click "Assignment: Cost Component - Cost Element" to have the link between the cost element and the cost component

 

 

STEP 5

Double-click "Assignment: Organiz. Units - Cost Component Struct" to see the usage of cost components structure in each company code.
