The ZZF_CALA_SITE table connects data between the GT CALAME tool, SAP, and the BFC reporting tool. It is used for restructuring provisions and internal order types Y999.

  

Restructuring provisions include two types of costs: Social Costs and Dismantling Costs.

The "Financial" column represents social costs, while the "Environmental" column represents dismantling costs. The "BFC Site" column refers to the BFC plan previously created by the FAC SU team.

When a new restructuring plan is introduced and the GL Team requests the creation of cost center(s), they must specify whether the plan involves only Social Costs, only Dismantling Costs, or both. For Social Costs, the cost center is entered in the Financial column; for Dismantling Costs, it is entered in the Environmental column.


The ZZF_CALA_SITE table is linked to the ZZF_CALA_POSTING table. The ZZF_CALA_POSTING table reads data from ZZF_CALA_SITE and, based on the information in the Financial and Environmental columns, automatically executes the corresponding postings.

Before updating the table check if the site exists in SAP PRS_050, SM30 transaction,  table ZZF_BFC_SITE. 



STEP 1

In the targe system PF2 or WP2 go to transaction SM30 and insert table ZZF_CALA_SITE in "Table/View" area and click "Maintain". 

 

 



STEP 2

Double check and search for any existing entries. Click "position" button, insert the BFC site name and click "validate button. 



STEP 3

If no duplicated entry is found, click "New entries" button.

For internal orders related with restructuring plans /  cost centers, one must execute 2 entries:

  1. One with the name of the plan and all the mentioned fields for PF2 or WP2
  2. Another one with the R* code (Ryear/plancode) and all the mentioned fields for PF2 or WP2

Possible errors: 

"An entry already exists with the same key". 

This issue arises because a BFC site can incur both social and dismantling costs. In such cases, there should be a single entry where both the Financial and Environmental columns are filled with the respective cost centers.
