BW is based on the SAP technology and therefore uses a SAP server available in the SAP Logon list.
The BW servers are different from the ERP SAP !

For the purpose of testing modifications or if you are part of a project, you may be asked to connect to the quality servers. Those are copies of the production servers where user acceptance/tests are conducted before the changes are pushed to production.

As the Quality Servers are usually copies of the production servers, the user/passwords are the same. If you do not managed to connect with your production user/password, try a previous password. Otherwise, request for a password reset. |
Other servers exist but are exclusively used for IT (Development, Sand Box).
