| When we receive a request for the PI1 and SI1 system access, then we must check a few things before proceeding. These are in relation to the approvals process and procedure in itself. This document details the same. |
1. PI1/SI1 user creation :
Case1 : If Reference User does not have any Z3F-ADH* and/or Z3F-BCM* roles, the in that case, we can proceed further with the Manager approvals to create the user with the all the roles requested in the PI1/SI1 system and provide the password to the user to log in.
After this, ticket can be Resolved.
In Helix when user fills the form, it goes for approval . So no extra approval needed
Note – Please check whether user have raised the correct form, if not please ask user to fill the below:
