Tasks to be completed when documenting an operation (from creation to publication)

 1. Enter the Title of the operation / page

2. Add the following Labels : 

    • Scope of applicability: ww, country_accounting 

    • Country or group of countries (if applicable): belux, china, france, italy, lam, nam, uk_ie, bulgaria, dach, netherlands, iberia, poland, latvia, australia, india, japan, south_korea, thailand, singapore, new_zealand, emea_transversal, apac_transversal

    • Unit and Domain according to the List of labels to be used in the Finance Service Line space

      • E.g. 1: WW Operation in Financial Accounting under domain "Central Finance Processes & Compliance":
        • Labels to be used: ww, financial_accounting, central_fin_proc_compliance

      • E.g. 2: France Operation in Financial Accounting:
        • Labels to be used: country_accounting, france, financial_accounting
          (for country operations, the Domain is always country_accounting)


3. Fill in all fields as described above

4. Name the title of each section using OPD methodology naming convention - Infinitive verb without the “to”, mainly action verb...something) - " I do something..."

5. Once the description of the operation is completed, ensure it is approved and published by launching the SBS-Finance approval workflow

Stocks survey is for WP1 UK entity - 7771 requested by UK Office for National Statistics on quarterly or yearly basis.

3. Tasks description

Stocks Survey is requested in the ONS platform and should be filled in the Office for National Statistics online platform -  https://surveys.ons.gov.uk/sign-in/. 

Gdrive folder for 7771 is HERE and working file is HERE.

3.1.

I go to SAP Tcode F.01

Download the file from the Drive to Excel


Duplicate the present quarter sheet because the formulas.


Go to sheet Extract WP1

Sheet F.01 will be uploaded.

Copy all amounts between H4 to I12 and Paste as Value Only to disable the formulas.

3.2. Go to Quarterly Stocks Survey in the Survey site


Go to the ONS profile and submit the figures as asked.

This next data is related to Q3.2023 so you can compare.

3.3. Take a screenshot of the answers and submission proof

Before submitting don't forget to take a screenshot of your answers.

After submitting take a screenshot of the message with the submission reference.

Copy both to Google Drive file.

Go to Tcode - F.01 and fill in the necessary fields as in the screenshot. 

Choose periods as they are requested in the survey.

3.2. I go to the working file

Open the working file - 7771 Quarterly Stocks Survey

Take a screenshot from the SAP F.01 tcode

Duplicate the previous quarter's sheet and rename as needed and paste the screenshot as it was in previous quarter. 

Fill in the table for current period with amounts from the screenshot.

3.3. I submit the survey

Go to the ONS profile and submit the figures as asked.
