1. F2G playbooks MP industrial operation

This standard links to F2G playbooks to be found here. This does not aim to be a synthesis of these playbooks nor a summary but a way to provide access and highlight their use.

These playbooks can help site operations to apply / update the Spend Review Challenge process adequately (SRC) as no no standard nor best practices were fully shared among the group prior to this. 

These playbooks cover the following packages:

• Safety and protection
• Industrial cleaning
• Industrial equipment rental
• Industrial consumables (mainly filtration)
• Processing chemical products
• Inlet water treatment
• Medical staffing
• QMSC

Some prerequisites are required before applying these playbooks:

• Site spend analyzes
• Contract mapping at site level
• Spend Review Challenge template (see example in following link)  to be filled upfront supported by the two above points

Many internal solutions providers are involved depending on the work packages in scope i.e.,:

• ME Industrial operations team 
• Site buyer and category buyer
• Site manager / HSE manager / maintenance manager
• GBU co-owner to plan and organize SRCs
• Technical experts (ME or GEC) depending upon the playbook
