The purpose of this document is to define the conversion approach applicable to all Project Scoring parameters and Drop-down lists supporting PPM custom fields which are created in S/4 HANA.

Project scoring uses structured scoring models to evaluate and prioritize projects based on predefined criteria like strategic alignment, risk. Stakeholders assess projects using questionnaires against these criteria, and the results help decision-makers compare and prioritize potential projects to ensure they align with business goals and deliver the most value. 

Scoring Mater data is updated in S4HANA according to the details of the Request.

Conversion Scope

The scope of this document covers the approach applicable to all Project Scoring parameters and drop-down lists supporting PPM custom fields Investment Classification  Global Hierarchy which are created in S/4 HANA . into S/4HANA following the Project Scoring and Other dropdowns Master dropdowns Master Data Design Standard.  

This is a completely new object for Syensqo with the data data being sourced using DCT (Data Collection Template).
