Mission
The Front Desk CTD is a dedicated team working as a single point of contact & delivery point for EMEA CTDs requests about all the GBU materials.
Activities:
- Receive CTDs requests
- Discuss the analytical approach under specialists supervision
- Coordinate processing/machinery activities when required
- Support the planning the tests in the AMCLabs (or externally if not available in BLT)
- Deliver on time analytical results: Priority priority channel for claims
