Importante Note: Zycus iSource will be decommissioned as of end of January 2022 and will be replaced by SAP Ariba Sourcing.

Keelvar Recommendations

Send a pre-Launch communication letting bidders know you will be using Keelvar for this event and asking them to whitelist the domain:Whitelisting the Keelvar domain
Share the Keelvar bidder support portal with them to get familiar with the content and videos available Bidder User Guide – Keelvar Support Portal
Instruct Bidders that all technical Keelvar questions should be directed to support@keelvar.com and our team takes on all the responsibility for support there. We may however reach out to you if we need your approval at times if some actions merit it.
