If you import a video using Solvay One media feature only MP4 and MOV will load properly. Other formats will appear to be broken.

However if you embed the video from Keepeek directly, this should not be a problem!

titleImport in Solvay One


Open your Solvay One page, start Tridion and select the option to open in form view.


Click where you want to have the video placed.

Select the Image option and open the media folder.

In Tridion follow the video's path to find the video, and insert it.

If you don't know the path, open Keepeek, find your video, enter preview mode and scroll down until "folder tree" section.


It's normal to appear a grey rectangle when inside Tridion form's view. 

Click the Save and close option to see it in Tridion edit mode.

From Keepeek, find your video, go into share tab on the top menu, then activate the public sharing option.

Find embed the video section and copy the code (don't forget to change the video's size to fit correctly on your page - "custom size").


In your page, click where you want to place the video, then in the insert tab at the top.

Select the option to insert external contents from an embed code, paste your Keepeek's video code and save (you can preview by clicking on refresh first).
