1/ Definition
% Respect of due date The indicator measures the amount of work order issued from maintenance plan delayed. The differents levels of delay are :
delay < 1 month; 1 month < delay < 3 months; delay > 3 monthsThe number of WO per equipment or Functionnal Location allows to identify the Equipments taking most of the resources. When the database is big enough to be relevant, the equipment with the highest WO number should be analysed to see if they take a lot of resources. When this analysis has been made, Problem Solving Sessions (or other workshop) on the identified equipment could be done to increase the effectiveness and the reliability.
2/ Objective / Target
It calculates the delay for the portfolio of work orders issued from a maintenance plan and display by duration of delay.
The goal of this indicator is to identify the equipment with the highest number of WO
3/ Formula
Number of work orders issued from maintenance plan delayed : ∑ Due date on the notification, or planned date on the call if WO isn't linked to a notification < snapshot extraction date
rate of delay :
- on time: ∑ work orders on time/ ∑ total number of WO
- delay<1 month: ∑ work orders delayed<1 month/ ∑ total number of WO
- 1<delay<3 month: ∑ work orders 1<delayed<3 month/ ∑ total number of WO
- delay>3 months: ∑ work orders delayed>3 months/ ∑ total number of WO
4/ Frequency
Weekly
5/ SAP extraction and detailed calculation
Extraction is based on the calls from the maintenance plans from SAP, the indicator takes the work orders which are not yet executed.
Due date is defined as the required end date on the notification, or as the planned date on the call if the work order isn't linked to a notification
| Field name | From | To | I/E | ||
| No date for order status (GS45, GS50, GS55, 6CMP, CNF) or no reference date on the WO | I | ||||
| Only Work Orders from Maintenance Plan | I | ||||
On a period of time, Number of WO created by Equipment or Functionnal Location |
|---|
4/ Frequency
Monthly
5/ QV Layout
A "drill down" functionnality allows to go deeper in the level of the hierarchy to display the figures.
Example: upper level of the hierarchy FR009 (= Level 1)
By clicking on "FR009", all the Level 2 are displayed
, then Level 3, etc.
