How to create your own KPI
We have splitted the board into 2 main parts :
- A: Break in works percentage and total amount of competed operations per week for the selected weeks.Daily and Weekly scheduling adherence with the objective
- B: Operations completed and Total number of reactives operations by plant sectionoperations with the daily and weekly adherence rate per week selected
