A new Solvay Group's idea management system. It is designed to foster collaborative innovation and employee commitment by encouraging Solvay employees to think out of the box, post suggestions, comment and share best practices. It also supports managers in solving many of their day-to-day challenges irrespective of the area - competitiveness, HSE, Innovation (processes, products), Marketing, Solvay Way, by stimulating and facilitating suggestions, sharing of ideas and their implementation.
