Need to check below points if If you are facing below issue/error message while using Reports

  • The version of Accolade Addins should be 11.0.

Image Removed

  • Please remove the temporary files and cache from the browser which you use.
    • If Still the Issue persists it might be related your MS Excel issue, some VBA libraries are

    Reports , the VBA libraries might be missing/wrong.
