Smartsheet is a project management, collaboration and crowdsourcing tool.
Smartsheet allows the management of diversified business processes and tasks, such as project management, marketing, operations with integrated collaboration, file sharing, tasks management and administration.
RegWatch is an application that manages documents for regulatory watch (HSE / Product Safety / Product Regulatory Compliance ).
The contributors (called watchers) select documents from official sources (Official Journal of the European Union,..) and insert them in a database (XPAT). A Sinequa interface is provided to end-users.

RegWatch is an application that manages documents for regulatory watch.
The contributors (called watchers) select documents from official sources (Official Journal of the European Union,..) and insert them in a database (XPAT).
In the XPAT application, a document is a list of meta-properties (title, abstract, status,...) and a list of pdf files attached to the document.
Contributors and users can make search in this database. Notifications are sent when new documents a created with specific criteria.
Every night Sinequa indexes the documents to provide a specific search interface. This interface is used for end-users not having a XPAT account.
