New Ways of Working layouts emerged in the following decade out of the learnings of Flexdesk (approach that started around the nineties).
The Solvay Way of Working (SWoW) standards were built upon it and fine tuned with internal pilots, market insights and learnings from 2020 remote working.
Flexdesk shows some limitations (no diversified working areas, …) but might be the right answer in specific situations (according to nature of activities, size or technical constraints, transition period).
