To connect to Solvay One, you only have to go to one.solvay.com.
You may be asked again to enter your Solvay credentials (ID & password).
Until the 17th of June, you may also encounter some error messages which are the following ones :
- Too many redirects
- 404 error
You can find below how to fix these issues.
Too many redirects :
In case you encounter a "Too many redirects" error message, please try to clear your cache.
You can find a procedure on how to clear your cache here.
Then, you may be asked again to enter your Solvay credentials (ID & password).
404 error :
In case you encounter a "404 error" message, it means you are trying to access an old Solvay One page.
Please make sure you are not accessing Solvay One through an old bookmarked URL.
To access to the page, please navigate directly within the new Solvay One (one.solvay.com).

Once connected, you will be able to not only visit the website but also to edit the space to which you are contributing.
To edit your pages, you simply have to navigate to this ones.
For example if you are contributing to the Solvay Business Services space, go to to https://one.solvay.com/fr/solvay-business-services.
There you will have the 3 tabs mentioned during training courses which are enabling you to manage your pages.
