Data Object Definition
A Sales Contract is a binding sales agreement, a legal document signed by both parties. The contract includes major terms and conditions governing the partnership between the signing parties, including pricing mechanism, volume commitments, list of products, warranties, and applicable law. Once signed, the parties are bound by the contract to execute the transaction.
Sales Contracts are managed in Salesforce.com through the Contract Management module.
