A relatively recent addition to Alpharetta ADL, these Our sealed, high temperature steel vessels are able to condition various molded parts immersed in a wide variety of fluids. These vessels are rated up to 150°C and 50 psi. Vessel temperatures are monitored with a thermocouple in the fluid, and heating is applied via a heating mantle and jacket through individual temperature controllers.
We have conditioned materials in a wide range of fluids, including automotive fluids and non-corrosive water mixtures.
In addition to these four vessels, we have 12 identical Pope vessels that can be used in a similar manner, but placed in an oven as an alternative heating option.
