After following the steps mentioned in How to create User in WP1, here the final role assignment comes via IDM.
Search the user in IDM and go to Change User- CGI:
We will always add only Business roles in Assigned Roles:
Please provide current date and full Work order no as per above screenshots:
And the last but not the least click on SAVE on top left of the window:
Procedures to provide access in WP1:
- The first thing to see user Department , Function , GBU, region and Job position
- Secondly if user Department or function is not clear , you can check user manager details
- Regarding Reference user ID – avoid giving the same access instead of that you can refer roles which can match user demands
- As in WP1, the role format consist of GBU, site or region/Zone, Job position .So every time consider this format while adding any roles.

- If in case there is no Hint of job position, you ask user to provide the following details:

- There are some exceptions while adding role:
User who belongs to Novecare Oddessey are Verdant user should only have 011ODY roles. In this case there is no business roles created for this particular user, so we need to add a note to Gabriela to add Privileges
If user belongs to SBS then we can assign PLF roles bust try to fetch region wise
