Preamble
"Mod/Sim Network - As the last few years have been pretty chaotic organizationally, we've not had a chance to have an "all hands" mod/sim meeting. I'd like to attempt to get as much of us together as possible, with the rough agenda
. You all should have edit access so please add additional agenda items you'd like to cover as a global group. Keep in mind we'll have ~35 invitees, so all topics will need to be fairly high level. Setting specific offline meetings on certain topics is a very reasonable outcome, by agenda item. I have not yet driven a global mod/sim network meeting as global coordinator, and I'd like to couple this "first" with sharing of some of my thinking on where to guide mod/sim in Solvay through the Po2 process. I will share a deck with all of you soon for comment. Given the dynamics of Po2, by the time of presentation, some of this maybe validated by Leadership, and some may just be ideas. More to come on this.
I've done my best to capture all of the network here, but please don't hesitate to add where I have erred. The timing will be tough for some regions, but I think you all get the optimization process with this many folks and regions.
