- Go to the bottom of the results to "Export All Data" and click on the first icon.
- Save the file as "BO Broadcasts.xls"

- Log into BW Production (WBP) via the SAP Logon.
- Launch transaction RSRD_ADMIN.
- Click on "Settings".
- Select parameters : Object Version h1. A, Created By Empty.
- Click on Execute
- Click on Export, Select Spreadsheet, then Excel (in MHTML Format).
- Save the file as "BW Broadcast Settings.MHTML".
- Open the file in Excel and save it in the XLS format as "BW Broadcast Settings.xls".

- Log into BW Production (WBP) via the SAP Logon.
- Launch transaction SE16.
- Open table RSRD_SETT_NODE_A.
- Select parameters and run it : Version h1. A, Parameter ID = DI_EMAIL, Maximum No. of Hits = 99999, Width of Output List 9999.
- Once you get the result, go to the "Edit" Menu and choose "Download".
- Choose the "Spreadsheet" format and save it as "BW Emails.XLS".
- Open the file, delete the first 3 rows and delete all empty rows and columns
