Plug-in installation and Access

Making a selection

To make selection, click on the values you wish to select.

The selected data will turn green.

Values compatible with the selection are white and unrelated values are grey.

To select more than one value, hold the CTRL key while selecting the values.

Chart-switch (Fast Change)

If available, you will be able to see the “Fast Change” icon, located at right top corner.
Click the icon to switch between charts. Image Removed

Clearing a selection

To clear all selections, click the “Clear” button from the tool bar.

To clear a specific selection, click the eraser icon (pic16 )from the list box.

To see your selections, click “Current Selections” from the tool bar.

Search

Click on the list box title bar, or click on the magnifier icon Image Removed

Start typing the value you wish to find, press enter or click on the value to select.

Drill-down & Cycle Buttons

If available, click on the cycle icon Image Removed to display other dimensions, or drill-down button Image Removed to the next variable in the chart.

Printing and Exporting

To print, click Image Removed

To export data, click Image Removed

To maximize, double-click on minimized icon to launch

To minimize, double-click Image Removed

To export as image, right-click on the chart / object and select “Copy to Clipboard > Image”

Bookmark

To save your selections for recurrence use, click “Bookmarks > Add Bookmark” from the tool bar.

Save it under your desire name.
