Flash import
Importing files with Flash allows you to select several dozen files from your hard disk quickly and import them into the Keepeek 360° tool. At the same time, the media type is automatically detected and its metadata is copied into the information form. Finally, preview thumbnails are generated to make their use in Keepeek 360° easier. This is the simplest and fastest method but is subject to the length of the user's session. After a certain length of time (30 or 60 minutes depending on the configuration), the session expires and the import stops.

You can add information to your media, be it technical, legal, documentary or specific to your sector of activity (title, key, dimensions, size, keywords, places, dates, copyright, photographer, etc). Once the information has been entered, it is very easy for users to find the media. When you open the media it will show a preview and a new top menu will be loaded. You can use all of these new tabs to further detail your file. If you chose the option to upload for External Use, in the editing screen there are required fields which need to be completed, otherwise you are unable to publish. | Note |
