To monitor for DP2 (CM) with Stats generation, FA;

Monthly

/ the 2nd day of the month

1. To check on every 2nd day of the month for DP2 (CM) with Stats generation, FA;

In SAP = Lei is doing manually

In Dynasys = File generated manually Day-1

In DP2 : TECH：Export Forecast BW and DiP and TECH : Monthly Sequence only executed the 2nd of the month

(get connection to SQL Server，select * from sys_history where source = 'dscp dp2' order by start_dt desc)

DP2 -  TECH : Export Forecast BW and DiP  (get connection to SQL Server)

DP2 -  TECH : Monthly Sequence

2. To check in the logs.

Check the Archive generation as well

• If batches don't run, they can be re-executed manually without validation from functional team.(*be careful to execute them in the good steps : 1- Monthly sequence, and then 2- export BW and DIP)

• Re-execute the Macros: AUTO_Monthly_Export (to avoid to launch 2 task at the same time)

1.2 SAP WP2 job has been executed  

(get connected to SAP WP2 - Transaction Code SM37)

input the program name ZWPMR0001C, date and job name/user name with *

1.3 SAP WP2 (T-code : MD04) = Forecast exported from Dynasys (U99)
