- Log into BW Production (WBP) via the SAP Logon.
- Launch transaction SE16.
- Open table RSRD_SETT_NODE_A.
- Select parameters and run it : Version A, Parameter ID = DI_EMAIL, Maximum No. of Hits = 99999, Width of Output List 9999.
- Once you get the result, go to the "Edit" Menu and choose "Download".
- Choose the "Spreadsheet" format and save it as "BW Emails.XLS".
- Open the file, delete the first 3 rows and delete all empty rows and columns

- At the bottom, click on "Export"
- Select "Export as HTML" but not "Unicode".
