Capability to see the
Actual
total of Capital Spend
total
for a selected period
(before Previous Year (Y-1), Current Year, or/and Quarter)
  • Capspend amount YTD compared to the Capspend amount of the Selected period
  • Trend of the
  • By year/ quarter : with a split by GBU
  • Global Capital Spend (Total spend on Projects since Projects started which can be lasting more than 2 years)
  • A Slider : for selecting the project(s) start date, capability to see by GBU, Zone, Project Definition, Project Type, Plant:
The total Capital Spend of the selected period
The total Capital Spend since projects started (TTD)
  • vs the total of Budget (entered within the ERP)
The slider will allow to focus on projects based on their starting date


Calculation 
Capital Spend
It's the actual costs of goods/services received from suppliers related to projects.
It can correspond to :
  • Purchase orders, the reception of services/goods (at GR date)
  • Stock issue : value of the material (at stock issue date)
  • Hours : standard cost defined for each hour.
  • Transfers (from Maintenance orders etc...)
  • Manual entries (CO document) and other adjustments.
