The procedure can be used for all type of requests :

• GL account (mandatory)
• Profit center (mandatory)
• Misc request (mandatory)
• Cost center (optional - prefer the usage of the workflow)
• GL at company level (optional - prefer the usage of the workflow)

however if you want your request to be processed quickly quickly, it is recommended to use the following process when it is possible:

• G/L Account in Company Code
• Cost Centers requests using the Workflow
• GL account (the GL account is processed immedialty)
• cost centers (the reqponse time is faster as all controls are already done by the workflow)
