Access Requests tickets should be used to request access granting for yourself or another user. 

 First, connect to
the Service One
the SYRA portal.

  • 1 & 2.  Simply click Simply click on "Service Catalog" & on "Application Access Request (Generic)Access & Application" in the Home page:
    You can also find this request in the catalog tab or in the searching bar.


















  • 3. Click on "Application Access Request (Generic)."

















  • 2. You can select to request the access for someone else by clicking on Edit in the 4. If needed, you can change the field "Request for" section.
    In this case at the right. By doing so, both the user and the requestor will get the ticket updates.
    be notified of the ticket progress. 
    No need to change that if your are the requestor !
    In the example, the ticket will be created for Tiphaine COURTAUD.



  • 5. Click on "Request now" , verify 3. Verify the user information & click on next."Next" .

Then fill in the ticket :

  • 46. Select the request type: "Reactivation"
     "Type of Request": Reactivation or deactivation



  • 75. Select "ELN (IDBS)" as the System




  • 68. Click on the GForm7










  • 9. Fill the GForm by clicking on " Suivant"

















  • 10. Fill the GForm by selecting " New comer arriving at Syensqo" & Click on "Suivant" to fill the request.












  • 118. Once GForm is sent, Go go back to your Service One SYRA page and Confirm by ticking the check-box.



  • 912. Add "Additional information" to explain to which part of the ELN you want to have access (GBU, Site, Study, specific folders...)if needed



  • 1310. Click on Submit request to complete the service request
