This CSV file is downloaded with the transaction Z1T_SEND_SHIPLIST and and sent by email by the logistics user to Mitsui-Soko. You must be logged into SAP in Japanese when running Z1T_SEND_SHIPLIST otherwise the generated CSV file will not be in the right encoding (Shift-JIS).
Avoid duplicates
To avoid sending the same shipment data several times, the tender status AC “Accepted by forwarder” is set in the shipment after it has been included in a CSV file.

When deleting a shipment with tender status AC, an email is sent by the user exit EXIT_SAPLV56U_004 automatically from the PF1 system to Mitsui-Soko with a CSV file attachment to inform that the shipment has been deleted. The receiver email addresses come from the shipping point.
Note that this doesn't happen when we are not in production (system name starts with P) to avoid sending emails from the test environments.
