Share a Visit Report

Image ModifiedHe opens the visit report he wants to share

Image ModifiedDavid can now edit the information before definitely send the VR to the customer

wants to also share the Visit Report with Louise, working as R&D engineer. She doesn’t have Salesforce so David manually enters her email address in the CC.
doesn’t remember who is accountable for the Product he discussed with the Customer… No problem ! He is automatically added to the Internal Report as CC !

A new field, Unmet Needs was added to enter keywords and description of Customer Unmet Needs.
