When the need to setup a project for costs capture is identified, the process shown in the presentation below must should be followed.  The necessary documents are found within the same spreadsheet - but you will need to open a native Sheets version and make a copy for your purposes.   

Should a WBS Setup be required, the spreadsheet template below must be COPIED and a new version created for each project request.
