SolvExtract^TM Application 

Syensqo created SolvExtract^TM application to automate a link between plant data, MINCHEM and Syensqo technical support to facilitate rapid analysis, alerts about performance and specific recommendations to help the plant meet its target performance.

SolvExtract features

Key features considered during development were relevance of the metrics displayed, ease of navigation and utility of interactive features. Syensqo continues to improve the application based on user feedback and experience. The current version includes:

• Display of the primary Key Process Indicator (KPI) value(s) and trends of plant data to monitor performance
• Recommendations using MINCHEM based analysis of the plant conditions and Syensqo expertise
• Alerts and notifications when a KPI is off target or new recommendations are available
• Additional supporting KPI values and access to trends
• Built-in calculations and mass blances to estimate entrainment, impurity transfer and physical operational considerations

SolvExtract also allows users to provide feedback on the relevance of posted recommendations, view the impact a given recommendation will translate to (delta Cu Transfee - MT/day) or evaluate changes in other process variables and the expected influence on plant performance. SolvExtract is currently available in both Spanish and English.
