On the Execute Actual Assessment screen, make the following entries:

| 5 | Cycle | Enter the cycle code => Make sure the Start Date is the first day of the coming year | You can execute up to 10 cycles in one execution |

Check that all cost centers are balanced
- Display cost centers report (for instance S_ALR_87013611 (or report 1SIP), report 1SHK (= S_ALR_87013615) or S_ALR_87013635 )
- Enter the group of cost centers that must be balanced (usually a group of indirect production cost centers)
- Execute
