There are 2 types of cost centers
- Organizational cost centers used to manage the costs by organizational unit. They are used in WP1 & PF1
- Reporting cost centers are the mirrors, by company, of the “Result Profit centers”. All the operations relevant for reporting are posted in the Profit Centers through those Cost Centers. They are only used in PF1
The codification of cost centers is different in WP1 & PF1. Depending on the type of request, you must follow the corresponding rules.
