How to find some help?
At first, please read carefully this Troubleshooting page. You'll find here the most common issues spotted by the users and the way to solve it by yourself.
In a second time, you can contact SBS-IS-Appli-Help@solvay.com for further assistance.
Please include in your mail: the description of the issue, whth screenshots, error messages. If possible, in case of wrong values indicate what the figures should be.
When generating SDS
SDS being released without Solvay logo.
Problem: SDS being released without Solvay logo, with the error message showing {error: graphic file not found: E:\WWI\graphics\A_SOLVAY.PNG}.
Solution: To solve this problem, you need to contact Local Infrastructure team, to correct "graphics" file in C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\FrontEnd\SAPgui\wwi.
In China, please contact china.infra-servicedesk@solvay.com.
In APAC exclude China, please contact apac.infra-servicedesk@solvay.com.
Cannot save EHS documents.
Contact Local Infra team, to correct "wwi.ini" file in C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\FrontEnd\SAPgui\wwi.
