Principles

  • There are cost centers in production sites that must be reported in the market CSFN - IECRA01149. These cost centers are included in the cost centers group PPPP-FUNCT. 
  • Other costs are reported in the market CSNR - IECRA00449. These cost centers are included in the standard cost centers group PPPP-2

 

In order to ensure a good segregation of costs between CSNR & CSFN, the following procedure must be followed

 

 

 

Creation of cycles

There are 4 types of segments that must be created in a production plant :

 are created in the cycle PPPPCO

 are created in the cycle PPPPPA

They are detailed below 

 

 

 

 

 

Cycle PPPPCO (t-code KSUx)

 

 A specific segment needs to be created to settle cost centers that must be reported in CSFN with the allocation structure CJ

In the tab "Senders/Receivers"

  1. Enter a cost center or a group of cost centers to be allocated to CSFN
  2. Enter the receiver cost center or group of cost centers PPPP-1

 

 

 Other segments are standard and must be created with any allocation structure except CJ

Cycle PPPPPA (t-code KEUx)

 

 2 segments (one for CNP & one for AMO) must be created to allocate costs to the IECRA01149 (CSFN)

1. Assessment CElem: 

    1. 99429910 for fixed costs (CNP)

    2. 99429920 for depreciation (AMO)

2. Value Field All:

    1. VVE01 for fixed costs (CNP)
    2. VVD90 for depreciation (AMO)

3. Sender Cost Center: PPPP-1xxx or group of cost center PPPP-1

4. Sender Cost Element:

    1. 99422397 for fixed costs (CNP)

    2. 99423090 for depreciation (AMO)

5. Receiver: IECRA01149

 

 

 Other segments are standard 

1. Alloc.structure & PA transfer struct.: C1

 


2. Sender Cost Center: PPPP-1xxx or group of cost center PPPP-1

3. Sender Cost Element is empty

4. Receiver: IECRA00449
