Don't open the downloaded CSV in Excel
Note that when the CSV data is finally downloaded (1"20 in the screencast), we do not open this file in Excel, but import it as a "Text" source. This method avoid some columns shifting which can occurs with a direct opening of a CSV file in Excel.
