Your Account is flagged with a lock icon

 

 

That means your account can be ticked as For deletion (in System information section)

 

Consequences: The account is NOT USABLE anymore to create related records like Opportunities, Complaints, Samples, etc.

So, if you try to create a record (opportunity, cases...) linked to this account, you won't be able to Save
