Following workaround will need to follow,

  1. Need to ask user to clear browser cache and cookies.

       2. If issue persists, please ask user to follow as mentioned here,

              - Reset your browser's zoom. This manipulation depends on the browser used. 


              - Log out of the back office

              - Reconnect and re-open the relevant window. 

 

Zoom features sometimes create this find of issue, so always we want to ensure on this.
