For Monthly Updates
1. Log into Service One
2. On the Search:
3. Type 'CRM Quotes' > Catalog Items
4. Select 'Request Now' on the Quote Management (CRM)
5. Fill in the Form as below, please refer into the description 'FX Rates Monthly Update' among all the relevant information you find useful6. Attach the File with the new FX rates, and the date when it should be effective (we need the request created with at least 5 days in advance)
For Yearly Updates
1. Log into Service One
2. On the Search:
3. Type 'CRM Opportunities' > Catalog Items
4. Select 'Request Now' on the Opportunity Management (CRM)
5. Fill in the Form as below, please refer into the description 'FX Rates Yearly Update' among all the relevant information you find useful6. Attach the File with the new FX rates, and the date when it should be effective (we need the request created with at least 5 days in advance)
