Related to BO access

  • Any access in BO user must fill and raise a request only via Qualtrics form (https://solvay.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_4OSYjMw66GCVGn3)
  • L0 will need to contact the Approver and approval from validator is mandatory
  • PEPOL is mentioned by user then please raise a request to validator "Franck Trichet" ( PEPOL = Engineering Plastics + Polymides & Intermediates)
  • If a request is raised for WEBLIMS then we need to check the group they would like to access " say example (Cincinnati folder then we need to request the validator BRAMBLE Craig - Back-up WISNER Todd)
  • If user report on any issue with the access , please request the user to provide screenshot of error message & the report they are trying to access
