Legal templates available in Convergence

Legal templates are available in Convergence. Check out for "Legal4Purchasing" in the search bar. Select the template category you are looking for by use the arrow to drop down the menu (see screenshot below). Then, select the category of the document.

The categories are the following:

• All L4P > CAPEX

Insurance terms such as Responsibilities & Liabilities are key in our contracts.

In the Corporate Insurance & Prevention team website, you will be able to find contact to support you on any questions related to insurance matters and well as relevant information.

In 2024, new guidelines has been provided by the Insurance & Prevention team for our contracts. Please follow the Web-based session available in YouGrow.

The legal team are responsible to update their contracts' template over time. The General Purchasing Conditions (GPC) attached to POs released by SAP has been updated for APAC, EMEA and NAM (except Mexico). For LATAM GPC, it is still under review.
