To monitor for DiP1 (TS) export forecast file to SAP WP2

1.1 Check if the macro in Dynasys has ran (file generated)

1.2 Check if SAP job has been executed

1.3 Check directly in SAP (MD04) through an example if Independent requirement = Forecast exported from Dynasys (U99)

1.4 To check on every 6th of the month for DP1 (TS) with DR validation, Archives generation, FA;

• every 6th of the month for TS (WP2)

1.5 Dynamic batch executed without KO

*The .csv file should be on the same day or 1 day before the upload date.

1>> Batches  (get connection to SQL Server - Select * from sys_history where source = 'dscp dp1' order by start_dt desc)

Check the logs.

• AUTO_Monthly_Export_on_Sunday / the 6th of the month.

DIP1 (TS) with forecast export to SAP - the 6th day of the month

Check traffic light is GREEN and date is 6th / time is 6am

Launch Analysis for Microsoft Excel

Tab Analysis > Insert Data Source > Select Data Source for Analysis

Tab Search > write ZTESTDYN_FA_CHECK > enter > double click on the query

Prompts : select whole year

Check you have GH / Gross History for previous month, for all GBU, and similar to previous months

Ex : the 6th of January 2023, the GH for Dec 2022 has to be filled
