This involves aligning attitudes, behaviors, and competencies with Lean values  

Ensuring that the ideas are implemented and followed will be for the change responsible ,

Providing training and ongoing support are essential aspects of change management, ensuring that all team members are equipped to embrace Lean principles and practices."
