Why?

Currently P&L costs are reported and allocated mainly by GBU with different criteria: costs grouping, headings, naming convetions and different parameters.

This makes the analysis very difficult at Group level.

What?

Provide a cost visibility solution, improving the transparency.

How?

Implementing a dashboard with:

• Granular visibility - organizationin Cost Packages with commin taxonomy
• Cost Taxonomy - based on Purchasing segmentation
• Hierarchy-based analysis with detail (granularity) at macro-package, package & sub-package levels.
