1. Purpose of the file:
This file is designed to collect the substitution data required for computing the intermediate BOM based on IMEP reports. In the process of reconstructing the usage factor of each intermediate contained in a finish product, some intermediates are not retrieved in IMEP report due to several production data constraints.
The missing intermediates can be substituted by another one which is well managed by the PCF tool to produce an acceptable PCF value.

3. Filling instructions

| Sheet1 | • Complete all mandatory fields for each row. • Use the correct format for each column (see above). • For Flag_NotSolvay, enter "X" if the SP Proxy is not related to Solvay, otherwise keep empty. • Provide clear and concise comments in the Comment field if needed. • Do not leave mandatory fields blank. • Do not modify, add, or remove columns. • Duplicate rows will be rejected during the data upload. Please ensure that no duplicate entries are present in the sheet. |
4. Maintenance best practices
Please comply with the following instructions to maintain the file:
• Always keep the original structure (do not add/remove columns without approval).
• Update only the necessary fields.
• Save a backup copy before any major changes.
• Respect data confidentiality.
